Friendly Poker

Friendly People, Friendly Poker

As a recent player, I am trying to figure out when it might be feasible to go full time in this endeavor. I know that there is much to consider, like Health Insurance and retirement. However, I would really like to move this direction.
Can you guys offer tips and suggestions for someone who might want to consider this? Are there associations or networks that you can join to provide benefits? How do you get hooked up with these sorts of things? Can you hire someone to line up places to play? Any tips or advice that you guys have would be great. Thanks for helping us out.

"Are there associations or networks that you can join to provide benefits?"
lol, never heard of a union or benefits program for poker players. I think you're pretty much on your own, good luck though.
"Can you hire someone to line up places to play?"
Don't mean to be rude but what does that even mean? Do you mean live tournaments? If not whats wrong with just playing online or at a casino? Why do you need to hire someone for any of that? If i have completely misinterpreted your questions please forgive me because it just doesn't make sense to me, i meant no offense.
