More fun this weekend..

was playing some tournaments.. took 1st in Shanoobigans last night... took 3rd in Shenanigans tonight.

PSO tournies, got a 96th last night, and a 61st tonight.. cashed in something else minor as well.


while playing the Sunday 2k, i followed a fish to 100FL today, played a bit, rivers were killing me, lost -$27.50

went to 10nl 6max just 6tabling... did much better finishing up 4 buyins in 400+ hands.

I have not seen enough talk about this small but important topic. Taking notes on the players at the tables.

HEM or PT3 stats are a great benefit to any player, but only give part of the picture. You need a really big sample for them to be accurate. I play a lot more hours than your average player, and even so, there are only certain regs where I get a huge enough sample to know a players habits by stats alone. Session on Full Tilt to fix my PTR


So PTR doesn't pick up Rush tables for stats. So the little bit of cash tables I had were like -$6 or something rediculous.. so I made an effort today to correct that with a real graph. I played about 2100 hands on FT tonight, 700 Rush and 1400ish Full Ring. I can play 16 there easily now but I prefer PokerStars software.

Nothing great but a good step in the right direction..


Not my best, but still good, and this is only 3.5 hours, so $5/hr average at 2nl even with the bad beats. I think $4/hr is what it will average out to over time so that's a good minimum goal to keep in mind before moving up.
