Friendly People, Friendly Poker
Here's an idea: Can anyone come up with an idea for a prop bet in relation to Poker being a skill game instead of just luck based like your average casino slot machines or other table games?
This is something I bet we could get going on 2+2 and with PokerStars involved if we come up with the right idea. Who knows, maybe we can even get Chiren involved...

Permalink Reply by Fromzon on November 26, 2011 at 2:21am The only thing that matters is that it's gambling with the odds in the favour of 1 player. But who that is, depends on the skill. And skill is something you have under control.
That's something different than gambling on a lottery where you can't do anything to turn the odds in your favour.
That's why I would reserve the word "gambling" for games like the lottery, and I wouldn't abuse the word for games like poker. To point out the difference.
